When you are about to place an order, you have to sign up for an account first. AMITY guarantees the secrecy of your personal information that you provide during the registration. If you are under 17 years old, you may sign up under the supervision of your parents or guardians. You are responsible over the secrecy of your registered account and password.
When a product is sold or out of stock, it will be marked by caption “Sold” and whenever the product is restocked, thus the caption “Sold” will be removed.
If you are accidentally ordered a product that is not available or “Sold” then the order will be automatically cancelled and you will get a notice through email or call. If your order has been paid but later it was cancelled, then you will be given options whether to change it to other products or to refund.
Payment can be made by ATM transfer, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Bank Teller.
We are only using a BCA account number 0083276212 on the behalf of Fikriya Sholihatin for every transaction.
Payment must be done within 2x 24 hours. If within those time frame buyer has not paid therefore the transaction is considered canceled and the product will be stored back to the system. If the payment has been paid and verified, then you will get a notification or notice that you may find on the notification menu.
After you got a confirmation notification of your payment stating that the money you have sent was enough or in the right amount, your order will be shipped within 1-2 working day from the time the order received. AMITY shipment schedule is only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

1. Product Shipping Location
The shipment will be sent from AMITY warehouse in Bandung, Indonesia.
2. Courier Service Used
At the moment AMITY is using JNE courier service.
2.1 The Duration of the Shipment
The duration of the shipment top your address will be based on the chosen courier service. “Regular” shipment requires around 2-4 working days depending on your location. And the “Express” shipment requires around 1-2 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that for some cities the courier service does not provide “Express” shipment therefore the shipment might require around 6 working days. After the product arrived at the courier service, your orders are under the responsibility of the courier service.
2.2 Shipment fee
The shipment fee is fully your responsibility. It depends on the location and the weight of the purchased products.
When the order first received, both you and our admin have not confirmed it.
Your payment has been received accordingly to the asking amount; later our admin will confirmed your orders.
Your orders are in the middle of packaging process.
Your orders have been shipped and are coming to your address. Every order that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. The purchased products can be exchanged or returned “Return” if the orders received do not match as ordered.
The orders has arrived and received on your address.
You are allowed to return or exchange the ordered products in conditions and rules as follow:
1. Condition for Return and Exchange
The order can be returned if the received products are in damage or defective condition. The order can be exchanged if there is mistake in shipment with the provision that the purchased products are still in a good condition as new and have never been used. If we found that the product has been used and in inappropriate condition, we will not proceed the exchange/return process. The product will be immediately sent back to your address.
2. Rules for Return and Exchange
Report the product that you want to return or exchange to “Customer Service”. Give the complete information such as personal data, picture of the damage product or the product data that you are supposed to get.

We are able to give your name and address to the third party (such as courier or supplier), thus we can send your ordered-products. Your payment through this website will be processed by AMITY admin. You have to provide the precise and accurate information to our admin, and you also have to always inform our admin if there are any changes. The detail of your order will be saved for security reason however it can not be obtained directly from us. But you are able to access that information by logging in to your account through this website. Here you can see the detail of your order history, on-going order or the order that waiting for the shipment. You can also manage your address details, bank information, and newsletter if you are subscribing. You agreed to consider that this personal data access confidentially is a secret and you will not allow any third party to access these personal data without permission. We are not responsible for any misuse of the password unless those misuses are our negligence.
